1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Avyra at goavyrahealth.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Service Description
Avyra is a healthcare affordability, navigation, and wellness organization platform. Avyra helps members organize healthcare decisions, compare self-pay-friendly care options, access prescription savings tools, track daily health, and prepare for care conversations. Avyra is not a healthcare provider, insurance company, or medical practice.
3. Avyra Is Not Insurance
Avyra is not health insurance, a health plan, or a managed care organization. Avyra does not pay medical claims, hospital bills, or pharmacy costs. Avyra memberships do not meet the minimum essential coverage requirements under the Affordable Care Act. Avyra should not be used as a substitute for comprehensive health insurance.
4. Avyra Does Not Provide Medical Care
Avyra does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. Avyra AI provides general organizational and wellness support and does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide emergency care. All clinical decisions, prescriptions, and treatments are determined by licensed providers, pharmacies, and care partners — not by Avyra. Nothing on this platform creates a patient-provider relationship.
5. Avyra Does Not Provide Emergency Services
Avyra is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not rely on Avyra during a medical emergency. For mental health crises, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).
6. Partner-Powered Services
Avyra may offer optional partner-powered add-ons, such as virtual care through GoMD USA. These services are operated by separate third parties with their own terms, licenses, and privacy policies. Avyra is not responsible for the clinical decisions, pricing, or services provided by partner organizations. Using a partner add-on is subject to that partner's terms.
7. Pricing & Estimates
All pricing shown on Avyra — including lab costs, imaging costs, prescription prices, and provider fees — are estimates. Actual prices may vary based on provider, location, and other factors. Always confirm pricing directly with your provider, pharmacy, or lab before scheduling services. RX savings tools are not insurance.
8. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You agree not to submit false information, violate any applicable law, infringe on third-party rights, or interfere with platform operations. You are responsible for verifying any health or pricing information before acting on it.
9. Membership Terms
Avyra offers free and paid membership tiers. Paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until canceled. You may cancel your membership at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are governed by our billing policy. Free accounts have limited features. Some features require an eligible paid membership.
10. Google Sign-In
If you choose to sign in with Google, you authorize Avyra to access the basic profile information you approve (name, email, profile image). You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings. Use of Google sign-in is subject to Google's terms of service and privacy policy.
11. Intellectual Property
Avyra and its content, features, and design are the property of Avyra Health, Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Avyra content without permission. Provider listings and pricing data are provided for informational purposes and may not be scraped or republished.
12. Limitation of Liability
Avyra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avyra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Avyra is not liable for clinical decisions made by providers, pharmacies, or care partners, or for pricing discrepancies between estimates and actual costs.
13. Termination
Avyra reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@goavyrahealth.com.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Avyra after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email.
